Developed by Galdabini technicians, it brings the thirty-year experience in automatic straightening over to the service of Customer's operator through an user’s friendly, complete, very effective but easily comprehensive interface.
Millennium control uses industrial Siemens PC and Windows XP software.

Statistics including X and R charts, Gauss curve and others.
User’s friendly operator interface based on Windows software; intuitive straightening program pages

Runout measurements are shown, in real time, on the machine display, as bargraphs.

Runout measurements are also available in polar display mode; a polar diagram identifies error of form on workpiece surface, which influence measuring quality.

Millennium control displays seven different counters, which can be activated separately; if programmed, the machine is stopped when the pre-set value is reached.

Measurement programming: operator is fully guided in parameter entering thanks to graphic display of functions. Accidental programming errors can thus be avoided.
