Automatic inspection machine

The machine is equipped with "Millennium" computer with Windows based software, colour LCD video and  Siemens industrial PC.
Runout after straightening (parts accepted or rejected) is checked with statistical reports and X and R charts.

Excellent accessibility to the straightening fixture even for machines complete with passing through automation systems and connected to transport lines
Straightening table moves outside machine frame and automatic loading line and brings fixture just in front of the operator.
Changeover is simple as on manual machines.
