The long experience in the hydraulic circuit design allows to study and to realise in our Company the most sophisticated solutions. The obtained working speeds are the highest and allow very high production rates.

The energy recovery hydraulic circuit (patented), in particular, reutilises the hydraulic cushion power to add it to the one absorbed by the electric motor and to increase the main piston speed.

So a very high production rate is obtained with cost saving thanks to the reduced installed power (up to 40%).
A particular care is also granted to the installation in order to obtain:
• Minimized piping to reduce pipes and connections for which maintenance is required
• Soft movement and complete absence of shocks and vibrations
• Decrease curve for cushion
• Limited noise level

Hydraulic power pack with 4 immersed variable delivery pumps and 4 motors. The component positioning in the power pack, and the power pack location on the press allow a wide accessibility for any inspection and maintenance work.
